Know before you come
What Happens at Your First Visit
Your first appointment takes about an hour. There is no rush and no pressure to decide anything on the day.
Arrive and settle in
Our team will greet you and take a short health and insurance history. Come five minutes early and we will have you seen on time.
A proper look
We examine your teeth and gums and take digital X-rays so we can see what is happening below the surface.
We talk it through
We explain what we found in plain language, answer your questions, and show you what we mean.
A plan and a cost
If you need treatment, we set out the options and what each one costs before you commit to anything.
A short list
What to Bring
Four things, and we will take care of everything else at the desk.

No surprises
Insurance and Payment
We direct bill most major insurance plans, so you do not pay upfront for covered treatment and you do not chase reimbursements. We also accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan, NIHB, and refugee coverage through the IFHP. Bring your card and we will check what you are covered for before anything begins. For treatment beyond your coverage, payment plans start at $190 a month at 0% interest.

About an hour. That gives us time to examine properly, explain what we find, and answer your questions without rushing.
We are open six days a week, Tuesday through Saturday until 6pm and Sundays until 4pm by appointment. Most dental offices in North York close at the weekend, so if that is what you need, we are here.
Tell us when you book. Dr. Peyvand Aminsalehi is known for a calm, unhurried approach with anxious patients, and we will go at whatever pace suits you.
Please give us 24 hours notice so we can offer the time to someone else.
